Terms for using lyncs.ai
These terms cover your use of the lyncs.ai website. They are written plainly so you can actually read them. By browsing the site, booking a call, or sending us an application, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
01 Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and LYNCS LLC(“Lyncs”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of the lyncs.ai website. By using the site you confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement.
These Terms apply to the website only. They do not govern the AI operations services we provide to MSP partners. That relationship is set out in a separate written agreement signed by Lyncs and the partner, and that agreement controls if there is any conflict with these Terms.
02 Who we are
Lyncs is the Hybrid AI Operations Partner for local US IT and MSP companies. We allocate certified AI operations specialists to our partners in dedicated weekly time blocks. The website exists to explain that model, share pricing, let you book a call, and accept job applications.
03 Using the site
You may view the site and use its features for their intended purpose. You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass, defraud, or harm others.
- Attempt to break, probe, or bypass the site’s security, or access areas or data not meant for you.
- Upload anything harmful through the careers form, including malware or files designed to disrupt or gain unauthorized access.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest the site at scale, or use bots in a way that burdens the service.
- Misrepresent who you are, or submit false or misleading information.
We may limit or suspend access to the site, or remove submissions, if we reasonably believe these Terms are being broken.
04 Job applications
If you apply through the careers form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share the CV and details you submit. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, an offer, or a promise of one. We handle the information you send under our Privacy Policy.
05 Our content and brand
The site’s content, including text, layout, graphics, the LYNCS name, and the logo, is owned by LYNCS LLC or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content or brand for your own purposes without our written permission.
06 Third-party services and links
The site uses a small number of third-party services, such as Calendly for booking calls, and may link to other websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
07 Informational content, not advice
The information on this site, including anything we say about security, deployment, pricing, or results, is general and for information only. It is not legal, financial, security, or professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of any particular outcome for your business or your clients. Specific commitments are made only in a signed partner agreement.
08 No warranties
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
09 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LYNCS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10 Indemnification
You agree to cover and hold harmless LYNCS LLC from reasonable claims, losses, and costs that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to that venue.
